  • Shipping cost is calculated from Türkiye to the destination country.
  • Each order is typically shipped within 72 hours of order receipt.
  • In the event of a shipping delay, customers will be notified of the problem within 72 hours.
  • We cannot ship to the following addresses: PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO.

  • Free shipping for orders of SAR 200 or more.

Track parcels

  • When orders are shipped, we email tracking numbers to customers.
  • The email includes order details and shipment tracking numbers.

Shipping Notice

  • The weight of the box and packaging materials (such as bubble wrap) is automatically added to the total weight when you choose a shipping method.
  • Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Order value limit

  • For customers who wish to purchase products worth more than 1,000 riyals, we recommend splitting the order into two separate orders to avoid customs issues.

Delivery failed

  1. Evidence required

    • The customer must provide us with proof of the problem such as photos of any problem that occurred.

  2. Unclaimed Return

    • If the package is returned to LEVAND because it was not received, the customer bears the shipping costs.
    • LEVAND is not responsible for undelivered packages.
